Product Keys

I am very computer illiterate, thus, our saleslady at Staples installed our main programs for me. (May 5, 2009). When I've received emails containing power point, u-tubes, etc.. with pictures, videos I get the same message on screen asking for my 26-digit Product Key. My saleslady left state and evidently lost or threw away the info with my Product Key on it.  This is very frustrating to me, because I have not been able to hear background music and/or view the pictures as a result.  What is the solution to my problem?  When I've talked to my server's support tech, and the Staples people, they avoid discussing this at all.  Can you please, help me?
